A Christmas Gift: A New, Custom - Built Home for a Family starting out

It is a dream having your own home. What a wonderful gift seeing this beautiful family move in right before the Christmas Holiday Season! Talk about divine timing!

That alone makes this a story; nevertheless, to add another special element to this home building project, our phenomenal Project Manager at Jersey Shore Modular Homes, Tim Nugent had the pleasure of assisting this new family, from start to finish in seeing their dream home come to life.

Not only did Tim assist with the daily tasks and updates, as he does with all clients, in overseeing the home building process, but to realize he was assisting a childhood friend, The Lippincott's, simply made this the key piece to a touching & heartwarming Christmas gift: not only to this family, but to us all!

We wish to take time to thank everyone who were there: from the delivery team, the watchmen and all the overseers: The Gartons, Ritz-Craft, Stone Crafters, (so many who we will mention in upcoming newsletters!) for making this home another blessing, and dream - made reality for this client and all.

If you have seen the movie, "It's A Wonderful Life, you understand. (If you haven't, please go and watch it with your family this Christmas season!). There is a scene where The Martini's are moving into their new home. This scene captures the exuberance of this humble family moving in, as well as the Baileys heart, showing their genuine care and appreciation helping the Martinis get into their very, first home.

This is how we feel when we help a family into their new custom home. In everything we do, we do it with our whole heart and soul.

We want to inspire you to enjoy this Christmas time with your family. Reconnect with long lost relatives. Help those in your family that need that extra hug. Make the very best of each Christmas/ Holiday get together!
