Drop Ship Service aka Drop and Set Service:

We can build your modular home on a Drop Ship basis where you are the GC (general contractor) in Mercer County, Salem County, and parts of Gloucester County and Camden County. Or we can get you set up with a General Contractor in that area to handle all the details of your build.

Drop Ship Service Explained:

We help you with: design of the home, the process of choosing upgrades/features/colors, etc…, acquiring all plans required during the process from the factory for the house as well as stamped plans for the house required for permit application.  We then coordinate ordering, construction and delivery of your home.  We set the home on your foundation and make the home water tight.  Once home is set you or your GC does the rest in an effort to get the C.O.
